Tap to pay payments allow your business to accept contactless payment with a mobile device. They are available on supported iPhones and supported Android devices.

Enabling Tap-To-Pay
To enable contactless payments on iPhone, click on Complete Setup > Set up Tap to Pay on iPhone/for Android or menu > business home > settings > scroll down to connections.

You can setup Tap to Pay payments on mobile devices only, NOT desktop. You are able able to view your established connections and education material on desktop devices.
Click Enable Now and accept the Terms and Conditions if required.

Checkout with Tap-To-Pay
Depending on your device, select either 'Tap to Pay on iPhone' or 'Tap to Pay for Google Pay' as your payment method when checking out a client.
This will initiate the tap-to-pay transaction on your device with the total amount due.

Supported Devices
iPhones older than the iPhone XS do not support Tap to Pay payments. Tap to Pay is also not available on iPads.
For android devices you won’t be able to discover or connect if your device doesn't meet all of the following criteria:
- Contains functioning NFC antenna and chipset
- Isn’t rooted and device bootloader is locked and unchanged
- Runs a current version of Android (Android 11 or above)
- Uses Google Mobile Services and has the Google Play Store app installed
- Has a hardware backed keystore
- Supports generating key pairs using a variety of key algorithms, including RSA and AES from the Android keystore
- A stable connection to the internet
- Runs the unmodified manufacturer provided OS
