Weeha Pty Ltd (ACN 672 622 810) (referred to as Weeha, we, our or us) is committed to the protection of your Personal Information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

This Privacy Policy describes the manner in which we collect, hold, use and disclose Personal Information that is covered by the Privacy Act. We may need to review and update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect our current privacy policy practices or to take into account any new or changes to laws, regulations and technology.

Sensitive Information also includes “health” information. Sensitive Information may only be collected by us if it is necessary for our business or operational purposes or in circumstances whether it is required and authorised by law. The type of sensitive information that we may collect from you includes information about your search preferences and history, treatment preferences, and other health and medical information and data you have provided to us with your consent, in the course of creating an account with us or using our Website or Mobile App or is necessary for us to meet our legal obligations.

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to conduct our business activities. Generally, personal information will be used for providing our services to you, responding to your enquiries and sending you information about our marketing activities.

g. Administer loyalty and rewards programs;
h. Collect and enable booking-related reviews;
i. Help you to use our services faster and easier through features like the ability to sign-in using your account within the online services and sites owned by Weeha or related parties of Weeha;
j. Processing payment transactions;

l. detecting or preventing fraud.

a. Respond to your questions, requests for information, and process information choices;
b. Enable communication between you and the third party supplier; and
c. Contact you (such as by text message, email, phone calls, mail, push notifications, or messages on other communication platforms) to provide information like service booking confirmations and updates, emergency notifications, or for other purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Marketing Purposes – including to:

a. Contact you (such as by text message, email, phone calls, mail, push notifications, or messages on other communication platforms) for marketing purposes;
b. Analyse information such as browsing and/or purchase history and use the result to optimize advertising and marketing in accordance with your interests and preferences;
c. Measure and analyse the effectiveness of our marketing and promotions;
d. Administer promotions like contests, sweepstakes, and similar giveaways;

When all our legal obligations to retain your personal information have expired, or we no longer need your personal information to fulfil the purposes we collected it, we will take such steps as to reasonably destroy or de-identify it. Personal Information that is held by us in hard copy is stored securely on our premises and is only disclosed or used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We may use your Personal Information to send to you post and emails with information about our goods and services that we believe may be of interest to you. You have the right to elect not to receive the receipt of direct marketing communications by:

Any electronic message that we send will identify us as the sender and will include relevant contact details and an unsubscribe facility.
