Connect with Stripe to set up your business to receive payments, provide refunds, and send text message notifications. You will not be visible as a business unless your account is connected to Stripe.
Click Connect to Stripe in your Complete Setup task list, and you will be taken to the Stripe onboarding.

Alternatively, you can connect to Stripe by going to Business Home > Settings > Connections.
On mobile, this is accessed by going to Menu > Business Home > Settings > Connections.

To complete the Stripe onboarding, you will need to have the following ready:
- Legal entity documents: Your legal entity name, type, EIN, SSN (or ITIN), and business address
- Government-issued ID: A photo of an accepted form of ID, such as a driver's license or passport
- Business address verification: Rental agreements, utility bills, and tax returns
- Bank account information: Information about your business's bank account
Other information you'll need:
- A description of the goods or services you offer
- The transaction currency
- Customer service contact details (phone, email, address)
- Your business's ABN/CRN, ACN, industry, and website
