Create a New Notification

Notifications allow you to send notifications to your clients to alert them about cancellations, follow-up appointments and reminders for upcoming appointments.

To access your notification settings click on Business Home in the upper right corner.

Click the Settings tab.

Here you can toggle your push, email or text notifications ON or OFF using the switches.

For mobile

Click Menu > Business Home > Settings.

Set Up Text Message Notifications

Text message notifications ensure that every message reaches your clients and you can manage your appointments seamlessly. Toggle the switch ON or OFF to allow text message notifications to be sent to your clients and are charged at 0.07c/text.

You can immediately see your text message balance and how many messages are remaining. You can also view details about your last top up.

Text message notifications will automatically be disabled if you haven't added a payment method.

To begin set up, Click Set up text notifications inside the Notifications Settings inside your business settings.

Select how much you would like to automatically top up you account with;

  • $35AUD = 500 messages
  • $70AUD = 1000 messages
  • $140AUD = 2000 messages

Next, select the balance that will trigger your top up amount. Click on either $10, $20 or $30.

Add in your card details and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Click Confirm Payment.

Edit Top Up Settings and Payment Details

Click Edit within the automatic top up settings.

This will open the payment details pop-up where you can change your top up amount, trigger amount, payment details or cancel auto payments.

Cancel Automatic Top-ups

Cancelling your automatic top-up payments will disable your text message functionality. You will not be able to send text messages to customers regarding their bookings.

You will still have access to your remaining text message balance.

To cancel, click Cancel Auto Payment

This will send an email to your business account email address. Enter in the authentication code sent to the specified email address.

Click Cancel Automatic Top-ups.

View Payment History

You can see a log of your top up payment history.

Click View Payment History.
