Click on the booking card from either your dashboard or calendar to open the booking details.
You can manage services as well as checkout, re-schedule or cancel a booking.
Manage Services
- Click Manage Services + to add additional services or events from the menu on the left.
- To remove any existing services, click the bin icon next to the service.
- Click Confirm Changes to save the updates.


Cancel Booking
Click the Cancel Booking button.

- You can select a notification to send to the affected client(s) or create a custom notification.
- Enter your password to confirm the cancellation.
- Click Cancel Selected Bookings to complete.

Checkout a Booking
Click on the booking to view.
Here you can select the payment method (card, tap-to-pay on mobile devices or a specific terminal *coming soon*), add additional payment cards and edit pricing details. For more detailed instructions on checking out a client, read this article.
Click Checkout.

Reschedule a Booking
Click Reschedule Booking.

Select the date and time you wish to reschedule this booking for.

If you reschedule a client booking, you can choose whether to notify the client or not.
Click Update Booking to save the new time.
