Add, Edit or Delete a Client
Banning Clients

To see your entire list of clients, click Clients tab in the right-hand sidebar. You can search for clients in your list by name, email, or phone number.

You can also filter your client list by client type: All (clients), Weeha Accounts, Guest Accounts or Banned Clients.

Types of Clients

Weeha Accounts

These are clients that also have a Weeha account and have previously made bookings through the Weeha platform.

Guest Accounts

These are clients that don't have a Weeha account and have been added manually by you.

Banned Clients

These are clients that have been banned by you. To learn more about this, read this article.

Client Overview

Once you select a client, you will see an overview of their information.

Client Notifications

You can select whether each individual client will receive push, email and/or text notifications. These settings will override the business-wide notification settings you may have set.

From the client overview screen, you can send a client notification. Click Send Notification in the top right. You can choose from automated notification templates or create a custom message.

You can add additional clients to a notification that you are sending.

Alternatively, you can click on the checkboxes beside each client to send a bulk notification to a group of clients at once.

Client Notes

You can add notes to each client to record information specific to the services they receive or events they attend. These notes can be edited or deleted.

Client Questionnaires

Any questionnaires that a client submits will be displayed under the Questionnaires tab. Here you can view your clients' responses and cater their appointments accordingly.

Booking History

A log of your clients' bookings history will appear here. The status of each appointment will be recorded here.

Add, Edit or Delete a Client

You can add new clients and edit or delete existing clients. To learn more, see this article.

Banning Clients

You are able to ban clients from viewing and booking appointments with your business through the Weeha platform. To learn about banning clients, see this article.
