You can choose to ban a particular client. This client will no longer be able to search, view, or book with your business through the Weeha platform.
This client may still contact you by other means. Banning this client only affects their interaction with your business through the Weeha platform.
Banned clients have not been deleted. They will appear in your client list (with a banned tag) and under the Banned Clients filter for future reference.
To ban a client, select the individual client from your client list. On desktop, click the Ban button in the top right. Then click Ban Client on the secondary pop-up to confirm.
On mobile, select the ... (more) icon in the top right. Then click Ban from the pop-up menu.
Unban a Client
To unban a client, follow the same steps as above. Select Unban and then click Unban Client on the secondary pop-up. This client will be able to search, view, and make bookings with your business through the Weeha platform.
