To add a new service, click Services in the left-hand side menu. Ensure that the Services tab is selected at the top.
Here is where you will see all of your current services listed.
Click the New Service + in the upper right of the screen.

Enter in all of your service information; name, duration, price, description, and select its category. To learn more about service categories, see this article. This information will be visible to users booking your service.

Once all information has been entered, click Add Service in the upper right corner.
For Mobile
For mobile, click Menu > Services > + (icon in the top right).
Select Create Service from the pop-up menu.

Service Cancellation Period
If you wish to, set a cancellation period for this service.
If you have a cancellation period set for your business, it will apply to any service you create. If you adjust the cancellation period, it will affect this service only.
Attach Questionnaire
If you have created a questionnaire for this service, you can select and attach it. To learn more about questionnaires and how they work, see this article.
Ranking System
Select all of the team members that can complete this service. This will determine which team members clients can select when booking this service. It will also determine which team members can be assigned a booking with this service in your calendar.
Once you have added in all applicable team members, you can drag and drop these team members to provide a ranking order. This will determine the priority in which team members are assigned a booking with this service.

Required Deposit
Toggle the button ON or OFF to specify the % deposit that is required to secure a booking for this service. Deposits will be refundable unless they are cancelled within the set cancellation period.
Service Image
Add an image for this service. Adding images allows clients to visualise the service you are providing. To learn how to add and edit images, see this article.
Service Notifications
Service notifications are sent to clients as per your notifications settings. You can read more about your notifications settings in this article.

Service notifications are sent via push notification, email or text. Text message notifications at charged at $0.07 per text.
Re-booking Notification
Create a service notification in order to remind clients to rebook their next appointment for this service.
Toggle the button ON or OFF to remind clients to rebook their next appointment for this service. Assign a time frame in which to send this reminder, hours/days/months post booking.
Custom Notifications
You can create additional custom notifications for an individual service.
Click the Add Custom Notification +.
