Checkout a Client

Checkout a Client

To checkout a booking, open the booking card from either the dashboard or calendar.

Click the Checkout button which will bring up a payment overview.

Payment Methods

  • Saved Card Details: If card details have already been saved for the client, they will appear in the payment overview.
  • Add New Card: Click on Add Another Card + if you need to add new card details.
  • Tap to Pay (Mobile): On mobile, you can also choose Tap to Pay as a payment option. (Learn more about Tap to Pay here.)

Editing the amount

Anywhere you see an edit icon in the price breakdown, click to edit the amount displayed.

Checking out a Service

When checking out a service booking, all added services will be displayed with their prices. These totals will be editable so you can apply any discounts to individual services.

Pre-paid deposits will be displayed and taken from the total amount due.

The Service Fee of 1.9% + 0.30cents will be added to the subtotal to determine the Total Amount Due.

Checking out an Event

When checking out an event, all attendees details are listed in the booking information.

Select the client and click Checkout.

Confirm all details are correct, select a payment method and click Checkout again.

Once an attendee’s payment is processed, their badge will turn green, and "Paid" will be displayed next to their name.

Unpaid attendees will have an orange badge with the Checkout button visible.

Spilt Payments

To allow clients to pay for their individual tickets when booking in a group:

Click Add Spilt Payment + on the checkout screen.

Enter the total amount for the individual split payment. This amount will be subtracted from the total amount due.

The service fee will update for the entered split payment amount so that one attendee doesn't pay the entire group's fee.

Click Checkout to complete the split payment process.
