When are thank you messages sent?

‘Thank you’ messages are sent to all customers once a service has finished, and payment has been taken. Customers will also be asked to leave a review upon their service's completion.

Automated notifications are already set. They are triggered by preset actions.

Sending notifications

We have already taken care of this for you. Customers will receive an automated msg 24 hours before your cancelation period. Customers will receive another automated notification 24 hours prior to their appointment. Customers will also receive an automated notification once a booking has been confirmed. Customers will receive an automated notification if you change a booking day or time to keep them aware. If you're running late, you can click and drag a customer to let them know you're going to be late. An automated notification will be sent to them letting them know you’ve changed their booking time. You can also customise a message that can be sent to your customers.
