You can view customers past appointments by looking at their profile. You can also see past appointments by filtering back through your calendar.

You can click and drag an existing appointment to change the time/date You can cancel an appointment and request your customer to re schedule at a later date.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Head to ‘Calendar’ Click on the booking you would like to cancel. When prompted click ‘cancel booking’ You will then be prompted to confirm this action.

How do I reschedule an appointment?

You can click and drag an existing appointment from its current date and time to a new one. Once you have moved an appointment your customer will receive an automated notification advising them about their new booking.

How do I add more than one service to an appointment?

Customers can add more services to their cart when making a booking. When you head to check out you can add additional services and products to your customer cart prior to taking payment.
